Spanish Speaking Telemarketing Agent – Immediate Hiring

We are a fast-growing company specializing in energy renovation and home insulation solutions across Spain.

Our mission is to help homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their properties through Spanish government-supported renovation and insulation programs. We assist eligible homeowners in accessing available subsidies to reduce the cost of energy-efficient home improvements while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for motivated Spanish-speaking Telemarketing Agents who are already based in Dubai to join our international team.

Your Responsibilities

* Contact homeowners throughout Spain.
* Present our energy renovation and insulation solutions.
* Explain the available government subsidy programs.
* Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for our consultants.
* Update customer information in our CRM.
* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

* Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE.
* Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2) – Mandatory.
* Good English communication skills.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
* Self-motivated, ambitious and target-oriented.
* Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales or a call center is an advantage.
* Available to start immediately.

Salary & Benefits

* Expected monthly earnings typically range from AED 6,000 to AED 10,000, depending on individual performance.
