We are looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support
* Follow up with customers and make sure requests are handled properly
* Prepare, organize, and send PDF documents and other required files
* Maintain regular communication with customers
* Follow up on leads, orders, and pending requests
* Keep customer information and conversations organized
* Handle daily customer service tasks in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English is required
* Good computer and WhatsApp skills
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
* Ability to follow up consistently and work independently
* Previous customer service experience is a plus
