We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Handle customer complaints professionally and find suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information when required.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional approach.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
