Job Description:
Ebdaat FZ LLC is looking for a professional and organized Admin Assistant cum Customer Care Executive who can communicate fluently in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to manage daily office tasks while providing professional support to clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide professional assistance and support to customers in Arabic and English.
Manage daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and customer requests.
Assist with office coordination and daily administrative operations.
Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
UAE experience is preferred.
