We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Update customer records in the system.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Candidate must be currently inside the UAE to Apply.
