Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated customer complaints and complex inquiries
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
Support and guide junior customer service staff
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Monitor service quality and improve response processes
Maintain records of interactions and prepare reports when required
Requirements
Freshers can apply (experience in customer service is an advantage)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
