Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
