We are looking for confident, friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our growing car showroom team in Dubai.

💼 AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST

Welcome and attend to showroom visitors and customers.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries and appointments.
Direct customers to the relevant sales representatives.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Assist with daily showroom administrative tasks.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle purchases and documentation.
Assist customers with bank finance and vehicle-related inquiries.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction.
3. AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery.
Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Support customers with vehicle registration, documentation and related processes.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience after every sale.
