THE DEAL
AED 3,500 to 4,000 base, plus a bonus for every appointment you book that shows up. Uncapped. Employment visa and medical insurance. 10am to 8pm, six days a week, Mondays off, at the shop in Umm Ramool. Start in November.
WHO WE ARE
AK Bikes is the UAE's largest pre-owned bicycle shop. 50 to 100 people message us every day on WhatsApp, Instagram, the website and the phone. The first reply decides whether they come in. That reply is you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reply to every new message within five minutes during shop hours.
- Ask the three questions that matter: what do you ride, how tall are you, what is your budget. Then suggest two or three bikes from stock.
- Book them into the CRM with notes, so the floor is ready when they walk in.
- Confirm the day before, remind on the day, chase every no-show.
- Follow up after the sale and ask happy customers for a Google review.
- Work beside Arbaz, who runs the desk today, and cover it on his days off.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
First reply under five minutes. One in four qualified leads books. Eight in ten bookings show up. CRM complete every day.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You write quick, clear, warm English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
- You have a year or more in a call centre, real estate leads, e-commerce support or similar.
- You are fast and accurate on WhatsApp and a CRM. You follow a script and make it better.
- You are on time, and you tell the team before shift start if anything changes.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You hate your phone buzzing.
- You need silence to think. The desk is in the shop.
