Duties and Responsibilities
• Attending inbound and outbound calls.
• Identifying and resolving customers’ complaints.
• Processing online orders.
• Provide customers with the required information about MAMA’ESH menu and retail items.
• Reach out branch leaders when necessary.
• Remain updated with the available stock on hand.
• Assist in upselling items as per MAMA’ESH guidelines.
• Well knowledge about City Map, Roads, Towers, branches delivery zones and MAMA’ESH branches surrounded areas to assist customers with reaching out to branches.
• Willingness to learn new methods and positive approaches to solve customers’ complaints.
• Follow up orders and special customers’ requests when necessary.
