A Service Provider Company in Burjuman Business Tower, Dubai is urgently looking for a very intelligent and smart Office Assistant who will be actively engaging in Telemarketing and following up with the prospective clients of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with clients over the phone everyday and will be closing sales deals over the phone as well as maintaining good customer relationships.

As an effective Office Assistant, you must be an excellent communicator with very good spoken English and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable in presenting services over the phone as well as be very confident in dealing with complaints and doubts. Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers over the phone, by WhatsApp and by email to respond to their inquiries about company formations and other range of corporate services activities.

Answer questions about the companies services.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Ensure productivity is maintained by meeting call and revenue targets.

Requirements
Proven experience as an outstanding Customer Service Administrator

Diploma in any field.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to speak any other language would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
