We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Associate to handle customer calls and support requests, providing accurate information and a positive experience on every contact. Reporting to the Call Center Team Lead or Supervisor, the successful candidate will serve as an entry-level front line for customers, working from scripts, knowledge tools, and clear procedures while building the skills to progress into more complex roles.
The core of the role is handling inbound and outbound contacts. The Call Center Associate answers calls using the approved greeting, confirms the caller's details where required, listens to understand the request, and resolves routine queries such as account information, order status, bookings, product details, and basic troubleshooting on the first contact. Issues beyond the associate's authority or knowledge are escalated to a senior agent or supervisor with a clear summary, so the customer does not have to explain the problem twice. Outbound calls for reminders, follow-ups, or surveys are made following the campaign script and compliance rules.
