A prestigious company is looking to bring in an upbeat Telemarketing Specialist who will be responsible for contacting potential clients through the telephone, WhatsApp, and email communications informing them of our products and services. The selected candidate will use a directory of contact information to reach out to these individuals using the unique selling proposition and sales script provided by the team manager.
To be a successful Telemarketing Specialist, you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal candidate will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via call, Whatsapp message, and email.
- Be familiar with the unique selling proposition and the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
- Qualify the prospective client and provide the necessary information as required by the client.
- Ensure that the monthly KPIs are attained.
- Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
