We are looking for a Customer Service / Back Office Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and messages.
Help customers with their questions and problems.
Handle customer complaints in a polite way.
Enter and update customer information in the system.
Prepare and maintain documents and reports.
Follow up with customers when needed.
Process orders and customer requests.
Coordinate with other departments.
Keep records and data updated.
Complete daily office tasks on time.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Good typing and data entry skills.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a team.
