Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused call center representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve customer service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
* Assist customers with inquiries, requests, complaints, and service-related issues.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing & promotions.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant products, packages, or additional services to existing and potential customers.
* Achieve individual and team sales, upselling, conversion, and customer service targets.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout every interaction.
* Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers calmly and escalate issues when necessary.
* Follow approved call scripts, company procedures, and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as required.
* Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telesales, or sales role is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and upselling skills.
* Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
* Good listening and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
* Ability to meet sales and customer service targets.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
