Key Responsibilities:

• Support menu finalization for our new outlet — help test, refine, and standardize recipes for salads, bowls, and smoothies
• Assist with setting up kitchen SOPs, portion standards, and prep processes ahead of launch
• Take an active role in the pre-opening phase, including kitchen setup, equipment trials, and other opening-related tasks as needed
• Prepare bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about ingredients and nutrition
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/card payments accurately
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable with computers and POS systems
• Genuine enthusiasm for healthy eating, salads, and fresh food preparation
• Prior experience helping open a new F&B outlet is a plus
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills (English required, additional language a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic food preparation skills (training usually provided)
• Attention to cleanliness and detail
• Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
• Experience in F&B
