Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Chef Assistant to support daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bakery work, strong attention to cleanliness, and the ability to assist the chef in preparing high‑quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and clean all kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils.
Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including workstations, floors, and storage areas.
Assist the chef with preparation tasks such as mixing, shaping, baking, and packaging bakery items.
Organize ingredients and ensure proper storage and labeling.
Support daily production by following instructions accurately and maintaining product quality.
Report low stock and help with basic inventory tasks.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in bakery or pastry production.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Teamwork and communication skills.
