A leading hospitality company is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join a professional hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure excellent taste, presentation, portion control, and consistency.
Plan and organize daily food preparation and kitchen activities.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Monitor food stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, workstations, and kitchen areas.
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures where applicable.
Assist with menu development and suggest new dishes when required.
Ensure all food is prepared and served within the required time.
Follow company policies and maintain a professional working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Culinary qualification or relevant professional training is an advantage.
Candidates with UAE/GCC hospitality experience will be preferred.
