*The Role* We are looking for a hands-on *Executive Chef* to own the kitchen and the brand. This is not a "stand and watch" job. You will cook, lead, create, and build.
*Your 3 Main Missions:*
1. *Menu Development* Innovate and evolve our BBQ menu. Create new smoked items, seasonal specials, sides, and sauces that keep customers coming back and increase average check. 2. *SOP & Operations Development* Upgrade and enforce all kitchen SOPs. From meat trimming, cooking process, portion control, to HACCP and food safety. Build systems that guarantee consistency across every shift. 3. *Brand Development* Be the face of our kitchen. Work with marketing on food photography, menu storytelling, new product launches, and PR events. Your food IS our marketing.
*What We Need From You:* - *5+ Years experience* as Head Chef / Executive Chef in high-volume restaurants. - *Proven leadership*: You’ve managed and trained a team of 10+ kitchen staff. - *Menu Engineering*: Track record of creating profitable menus and controlling food cost. - *Systems mind*: You know how to write SOPs, manage inventory, and maintain quality. - *Creative + Commercial*: You can make amazing food AND make it profitable. - *Food Safety*: Dubai Municipality Food Safety - *Hands-on mentality*: You will be on the line, training the team daily, and leading by example.
