Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen.

Requirements:

* Proven experience making artisan pizzas using natural yeast (sourdough fermentation)
* Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine
* Experience leading and managing a professional kitchen
* Passion for high-quality ingredients, consistency, and craftsmanship
* Ability to maintain kitchen standards and develop a strong team.
* Ability to come up with a new recipes every season or for certain drops.
