Kitchen Operations & Production Chef
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Kitchen Operations & Production Chef to manage the daily kitchen operations and ensure all food and beverage items are prepared consistently according to our established recipes, SOPs, and quality standards. This role focuses on execution, consistency, food safety, and kitchen efficiency rather than creating new recipes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items according to approved recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.
- Ensure accurate measurements of ingredients and strict adherence to SKUs and production procedures.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Prepare fresh juices, beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
- Organize daily kitchen operations, production schedules, and mise en place.
- Monitor ingredient quality, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize food waste.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure all equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
- Support inventory control and report any shortages or quality issues.
- Train and guide kitchen assistants to follow company procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or fast-casual kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and beverage preparation.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and SOPs with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month.
- Other benefits will be provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policy
