Pastry Chef (Female) Dubai
Crumbl Bake House is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Female Pastry Chef** to join our team. We specialize in premium cookies, dessert bars, cakes, and seasonal baked goods, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and maintaining high product quality.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and bake cookies, cakes, brownies, bars, and other desserts according to recipes and production schedules.
* Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all products.
* Assist with daily kitchen operations, inventory management, and stock control.
* Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Support recipe testing and product development when required.
* Work closely with the team to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
**Requirements:**
* Female candidate.
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or in a commercial bakery.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
**Location:** Dubai
**Salary:** AED 3000 per month (plus visa and benefits as per company policy)
