We are looking for a talented Demi chef de Partie to help our culinary team.
Demi Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Support the chef the Partie in daily kitchen operation , including stock control and hygiene compliance according to HACCP standards.
Following directions provided by the head chef.
Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
follow kitchen policies , procedures and service standards. and be able to support any position in the kitchen that need help .
Maintain proper rotation of product in all Chillers to minimize wastage / spoilage. and also to be familiar with the opening and closing procedures \
