Job Description
We are looking to hire a skilled Pizza Chef with strong expertise in authentic Italian pizzas and pastas for our restaurant operations in Dubai.
This is a short-term engagement (minimum 3 months) on a daily salary basis, ideal for chefs who can join immediately and deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced kitchen.

Location: Dubai
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Working Days: 24 days per month
Salary: Daily basis (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate
✅ Requirements
Must have own valid UAE visa (visit visa not accepted)
Hotel Management / Culinary qualification preferred
Minimum 3–5 years experience in reputed Italian restaurants
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Authentic pizza preparation (dough, fermentation, baking)
Italian pastas and sauces
Ability to work in high-volume kitchen environments
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards

Prepare and cook authentic Italian pizzas and pastas
Manage dough preparation, proofing, and baking processes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service operations
