We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist with daily kitchen operations, meal packing, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pack meal boxes and food items accurately, ensuring correct portions, proper presentation, and completeness of orders.
Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients as instructed.
Support daily kitchen operations, including organizing ingredients, utensils, packaging materials, and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen workstations, preparation areas, storage spaces, and equipment.
Wash utensils, clean surfaces, sanitize work areas, and dispose of waste appropriately.
Follow food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
Ensure food items are stored correctly and report expired, damaged, or insufficient supplies.
Assist with meal preparation, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely completion of orders.
Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors and perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous kitchen or food packing experience is preferred.
Good hygiene practices, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Willingness to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards.
