Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and bakery products according to recipes and quality
standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
• Prepare dough, fillings, creams, and other bakery ingredients as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Minimize product waste and maintain proper stock usage.
• Work efficiently as part of a bakery production team.
• Perform other bakery-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or food production facility.
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and bakery production processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and food safety.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
