We are looking for an experienced Western & Arabic Baker to join our team in International City, Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in traditional Middle Eastern and Arabic bakery, with excellent knowledge of authentic recipes, dough preparation, baking techniques, and professional bakery production.
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional bakery experience
Strong knowledge of Arabic & Middle Eastern breads and pastries
Able to prepare dough, manage fermentation and maintain consistent quality
Experience working with professional bakery ovens and equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
Reliable, disciplined and committed to quality
