**WE ARE HIRING: SOUTH INDIAN CHEF**
FNB Caterers, Dubai, is looking for an experienced **South Indian Chef** for our catering kitchen.
**Required Skills**
* South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner meals
* Traditional curries, gravies and rice preparations
* Idli, dosa, vada, pongal and appam
* Sambar, rasam and authentic South Indian curry bases
* Coconut chutney, tomato chutney and other traditional accompaniments
* Experience handling bulk catering production
* Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
**Candidate Requirements**
* Minimum **2 years of Dubai experience**
* Able to join within **15 days**
* Responsible, organised and capable of maintaining consistent taste and quality
