Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen In Charge to lead our grill restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate must preferably in a grill, Live barbeque, or premium casual dining restaurant in addition to Butchery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Manage grilling, meat preparation, marination, and plating.
Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.
Control food costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dubai Municipality, and UAE food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
Monitor equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Work with management to achieve sales, cost, and profitability targets.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years culinary experience.
Minimum 5 years as Chef in Dubai.
Knowledge of food costing, menu engineering, and inventory control.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Culinary/Hospitality qualification preferred.
Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
