Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman with UAE villa construction experience to oversee daily finishing works, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Finishing Foreman
-Mandatory experience in villa construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of all finishing works, including tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, waterproofing, joinery, carpentry, aluminum & glass, doors, ceilings, and final snagging.
-Ability to read construction drawings and supervise site activities.
-Experience managing laborers and subcontractors.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Able to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
-Immediate joiners are preferred.
