Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Spray Polisher to prepare, spray, and polish wood, metal, or other surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate should have experience with spray painting equipment, surface preparation, and polishing techniques while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, filling, and masking before spraying.
Apply primers, paints, lacquers, and clear coats using spray equipment.
Polish finished surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish.
Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
Inspect finished work for defects and perform touch-ups when required.
Maintain spray guns, polishing tools, and other equipment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spray Polisher.
Knowledge of spray painting, polishing, and finishing techniques.
Ability to operate spray guns and polishing equipment.
Good understanding of different paints, coatings, and finishing materials.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
