Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Microcement Supervisor to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, supervising ongoing microcement applications, inspecting workmanship, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all installations meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections and supervise microcement application works.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and deadlines.
Inspect finished work and identify any defects or areas requiring correction.
Provide technical guidance and support to application teams.
Ensure all work is carried out using correct microcement application methods and industry best practices.
Prepare site reports and communicate progress with management.
Coordinate with clients and contractors when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in microcement application and installation.
Excellent knowledge of microcement products, application techniques, preparation methods, and finishing systems.
Previous experience in a supervisory or quality inspection role is preferred.
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
Ability to travel to different project sites across the UAE.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
