Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily site activities, manage workers, and ensure construction work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of laborers and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Monitor material usage and report site progress.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and safety practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and manage site teams.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Working Hours: 08 Hours + 02 hours (Mandatory).
