Job Details
Eden Green Road Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates and rate analyses
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations and final accounts
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contracts
• Prepare subcontractor comparisons, LPOs and payment certificates
• Maintain proper commercial records and coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams
• Monitor project costs, budgets and material consumption
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience in roadworks, earthworks, infrastructure, fencing and equipment rental is preferred
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, variations and quantity take-offs
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and quantity take-off software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
