Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman with proven UAE villa construction experience to supervise finishing works, site teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily finishing works and manpower.
Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
Conduct inspections, snagging, and rectification.
Monitor progress, materials, and site issues.
Ensure proper coordination and sequencing of finishing works.
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as a Finishing Foreman.
Mandatory villa construction experience.
Strong knowledge of tiling, marble/stone, painting, gypsum/false ceilings, waterproofing, joinery, aluminum/glass, doors, and architectural finishes.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Experience managing workers and subcontractors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
UAE Driving License required.
Preferred
Hindi/Urdu speaker is an advantage.
Experience in high-end residential/villa finishing.
