Job Details
As a MEP Manager , you must have minimum 10 years of MEP Projects Expereince in similar capacity or as senior engineer level . The successful candidate should be Mechanical or Electrical Degree Engineer with minimum 15 years of work expereince nad having executed minimum 3 projects from start to hand over .
The areas of expertise required in following field
HVAC
Fire Fighting
Plumbing & Water Services
Electrical Lights and Power
ELV systems such as CCTV ,Telephone , Access control
Fire Alarm and Ememrgency Lighting .
Typical job activities will be managing team of engineers from Design ( shop drawings Prepartion /Review , Material Submitals )
Execution ( Site Planning , Co ordination & execution )
Quality Control
Authority Approval
Testing & Commissioing
Handover .
In depth knowldge of materials , suppliers , prices , specifications & standards followed in UAE projects and Fast track project execution expereince in needed .
