Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (Fit Out Works) with experience in high-end luxury residential projects, Villas ,Hotels in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience delivering high-end villas and bespoke residential interiors to the highest quality standards.
The role requires close coordination with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to premium quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily site activities for luxury residential construction and fit-out projects
Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Review, interpret, and implement approved drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and method statements
Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, local authority approvals, and project specifications
Supervise high-end finishes including marble, bespoke joinery, luxury bathrooms, façade works, and MEP coordination
Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and ensure premium workmanship standards
Identify design or site issues and propose technical solutions proactively
Track material procurement, delivery schedules, and site logistics
Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and site safety regulations
Prepare progress reports and attend client and consultant meetings
Support the Project Manager in cost control, variations, and claims when required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
Proven experience in luxury residential villas, high-end fit-out, and bespoke interiors
Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, materials, and detailing
Experience working on projects in Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, or similar premium developments is a strong advantage
Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, and other local authority requirements
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination
Ability to read and review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools
Excellent knowledge of luxury materials and finishing standards
Soft Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and quality
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Professional attitude when dealing with high-profile clients and consultants
