Civil Engineer (Dubai) – Hiring Now
PLUS NINE SIX THREE BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC is looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements:
Filipino or Indian nationality.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of UAE experience (Dubai experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant UAE authority rules, regulations, and approval procedures.
Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Supervise construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedules.
Prepare technical reports, inspections, and project documentation.
