Job Details

We are urgently looking for 2 experienced roles to join our team immediately. Both are project-based positions with clear, competitive payment, no delay on settlement.
Total project timeline: Drafting 3 days, on-site installation 10 days.

Position 1: HVAC Duct Draftsman (PI Phenolic Duct Specialist)
Job Responsibilities
Read existing HVAC CAD layout drawings (supply air, fresh air, exhaust air systems)
Produce detailed PI phenolic duct shop fabrication drawings, including accurate dimensions for all straight ducts, elbows, tees, reducers, offset transitions and end caps
Generate complete duct cutting list for prefabrication factory
Visit site 1-2 times to verify actual site dimensions, beam heights and ceiling clearance, to avoid on-site rework
Coordinate with site foreman to confirm all duct connection sizes with FCU units
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HVAC duct drafting experience in UAE
Proficient in AutoCAD, can issue standard fabrication drawings directly for duct factory
Fully familiar with 20mm double-sided aluminum PI phenolic duct fabrication and installation standards
Experience in luxury villa HVAC projects is highly preferred
Finish drawing set within 2 days
Payment: 500 AED for drawing set
(Price negotiable for fast delivery; 50% deposit after first draft, 50% balance upon final approved drawing delivery)

Position 2: Senior HVAC Installation Foreman / Lead Technician
Job Responsibilities
Lead a 4-5 worker team to complete full HVAC installation for a 18-unit ducted FCU villa project
Scope of work: PI duct hoisting & sealing, FCU mounting, copper pipe brazing, drainage piping, insulation and system commissioning
Control site progress strictly, deliver quality work within 10-day on-site construction schedule
Conduct on-site quality inspection: duct leakage check, copper pipe pressure test, system running test
Coordinate with main contractor on site for daily work interface
Requirements
Minimum 10 years hands-on HVAC installation experience in UAE
Expert in ducted FCU installation, PI duct work and copper pipe brazing
Able to read CAD drawings independently, understand duct routing and equipment layout
Proven experience in luxury villa projects, with own basic hand tools preferred
Valid UAE residence visa and labor card
Reliable, punctual, capable of managing a small team efficiently
Payment Options:
Project lump sum: 10500 - 11000 AED total (if you bring your own 4-5 skilled workers, full installation scope, 10 days on site)
Payment milestones:
20% advance when team mobilizes to site
30% when all PI ducts are installed and sealed
30% when copper pipe pressure test passed, outdoor units mounted
20% balance upon full system commissioning and handover

Project Details
Location: Dubai villa area (exact address shared after screening)
All main materials (PI duct panels, copper pipes, AC units, fittings) provided by us; workers only need to bring basic hand tools
No material cost burden for workers
On-site water and electricity provided
