Construction Manager – Building & Villa Construction
Experience: Minimum 8 Years (UAE Building & Villa Construction)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities for building and villa projects from commencement to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and work schedules.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Control project costs and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
- Ensure all inspections and approvals are obtained as per project requirements.
- Manage project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building and villa construction, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
