Job Summary
Lead the overall operations of the company, drive business growth, oversee financial performance, and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company operations, develop business opportunities, oversee project execution, lead management teams, ensure financial performance, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10–15 years of construction industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong leadership, financial management, business development, and project management skills.
Preferred Nationality
Indian or Egyptian.
Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
