Key Responsibilities
Claude AI Strategy & Implementation
• Develop a department-wide Claude implementation strategy, including phased rollout plan, adoption metrics, and success criteria
• Identify high-impact use cases across departments where Claude can drive productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvements
• Design workflows and processes that integrate Claude into daily operations, ensuring proper governance and quality controls
• Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI; iterate on implementation based on feedback and emerging capabilities
Training & Organizational Change Management
• Create comprehensive training materials, workshops, and documentation tailored to different audience levels (executives, managers, end-users)
• Deliver training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations to build confidence and competency across the department
• Develop best practices guides, case studies, and internal knowledge base to sustain adoption and accelerate learning
• Address concerns, manage organizational resistance, and champion a culture of AI-driven innovation
Prompt Development & Custom Solutions
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and workflows for specific business use cases (document drafting, analysis, summarization, data processing)
• Create reusable prompt templates and frameworks that teams can adapt for their own workflows
• Test outputs for accuracy, bias, and appropriateness; establish quality gates and validation processes
• Stay current with Claude model updates and capabilities; evaluate new features for departmental applicability
Platform Integration & Tool Development
• Architect integrations between Claude and Smartsheet (automation, data processing, report generation, insights extraction)
• Integrate Claude with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) for seamless workflow enhancement
• Connect Claude to other critical systems and data sources (databases, APIs, internal tools) to enable context-aware intelligence
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations
• Build or recommend tools and applications (web interfaces, plugins, scripts) that lower the barrier to Claude adoption
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
• Develop policies and guidelines for responsible AI use, including data privacy, intellectual property, and security protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI output quality, hallucinations, bias, and misuse
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for accountability and continuous improvement
