Job Title: Fit-Out Supervisor & Quality Control Specialist – Private Luxury Villa Renovation (Dubai, 3-Month Contract)
Role Summary
We need an experienced supervisor for daily on-site quality control and supervision of interior fit-out works at a high-end private villa in Dubai. Zero compromise on quality – high accountability required.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily supervision (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) of all interior works.
• Rigorous QC on:
• HVAC (sealant application & insulation)
• Electrical works
• Plumbing & waterproofing (including bathrooms/wet areas)
• Marble & stone fixing
• All sealant joints and interfaces
• Material verification on delivery & during installation
• Prepare snag lists with photos and ensure full rectification.
• Coordinate with contractors while enforcing owner’s high standards.
• Weekly quality & progress reports to owner.
Requirements
• 7+ years experience in fit-out supervision/QC (UAE residential or hotel projects preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the QC areas listed above.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce uncompromising quality.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications.
• Dubai-based with valid residency; reliable transport.
• Portfolio of relevant work + professional references.
Probation & Accountability
14-day probation period. Failure to meet the owner’s quality standards during probation or thereafter may result in immediate contract termination.
Duration & Salary
3 months full-time. Monthly salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 (based on experience).
