*Position: Quantity Surveyor Cum Coordinator*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Cum Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about cost control, material management, supplier coordination, and project support.
Fresh graduates in Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply if they are eager to learn and build a successful career in the construction and facility management industry.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate and bargain prices to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate material procurement based on site requirements.
• Monitor and control material costs and project expenses.
• Maintain records of material purchases, consumption, and stock movements.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with project workers, drivers, and supervisors.
• Track project budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
• Compare supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Prepare reports related to project costs, material usage, and procurement activities.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
*Requirements*
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in quantity surveying, procurement, coordination, or construction projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, interior fit-out, and facility management works is preferred.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• UAE Driving Licence.
