Hiring Supervisor and cost estimator
We are hiring skilled Supervisor and Cost Estimator to join our growing home & building maintenance team. We specialized in AC, plumbing, electrical & building maintenance for villas, offices, and warehouses.
Open Positions:
Supervisor
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.
- Manage technicians and allocate jobs effectively
- Fluent in English
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
Cost estimator
- Review client RFQs and scope of work
- Takeoff quantities from drawings/scope
- Get supplier/subcontractor quotes
- Prepare competitive quotations
- Help set pricing, margins, and material rates for the company
- Knows Dubai market for labor cost and materials
Other responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks with high quality
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Report job status to Maintenance Operations Manager
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven UAE experience in the relevant trade
- Technical knowledge is a must
- Hardworking, reliable, and good teamwork skills
- Valid driving license preferred
