Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day site activities for renovation and fit-out projects
· Manage and coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers
· Oversee villa and apartments renovation works, including MEP and finishing
· Ensure proper execution of fit-out and finishing works according to specifications
· Conduct site coordination and maintain effective communication with Owners
· Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
· Implement and maintain quality control procedures
· Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
· Perform snagging, inspections, and ensure timely project handover
· Enforce health and safety standards across the site
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC in a similar role
· Strong knowledge of construction site operations
· Experience in villa and Apartment renovations
· Solid understanding of MEP, fit-out, and finishing works
· Proven ability to manage labour and subcontractors
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and coordination abilities
· Commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory
