Requirements:
* Must have experience in the applied position
* Hardworking and physically fit
* Able to work at site
* Visit / Cancelled / Transferable visa preferred

A Civil Foreman oversees daily construction site operations, supervising crews (masons, carpenters, laborers) to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, managing materials/equipment, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety regulations.
Foreman Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Site Supervision: Directly supervise construction workers, delegating daily tasks to ensure project progress.
Technical Implementation: Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and structural specifications to guide work execution.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (HSE), local building codes, and company policies.
Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment, minimizing wastage and ensuring, according to Scribd, proper utilization.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of civil assets and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align with project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a civil foreman or in a supervisory construction role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil construction methods, including foundations, concreting, masonry, and carpentry.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead labor crews effectively.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey instructions clearly.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot routine issues on-site.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
