About Us:-
We are a construction, fit-out, and design company specializing in high-end villas and renovation projects.
We are looking for a results-driven Procurement Officer who can manage materials purchasing, subcontractor sourcing, cost control, and supplier development.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring all materials and subcontractors are sourced at the best value, with proper comparison, negotiation, and timely delivery—while maintaining required quality standards.
This role requires someone who can build supplier networks, control costs, and support project execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Materials Procurement
• Source and purchase construction and fit-out materials
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per site requirements
• Coordinate with site engineers and QS for material planning

Subcontractor Management
• Source and evaluate subcontractors for various trades
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and conditions
• Compare quotations and ensure alignment with target project costs

Cost Control & Negotiation
• Perform quotation comparison and analysis (multiple suppliers)
• Negotiate to reduce costs while maintaining quality
• Work closely with QS to meet project budgets and targets

Supplier Database & Systems
• Build and maintain a structured supplier and subcontractor database
• Track pricing history, performance, and reliability
• Develop a system for future cost optimization and faster procurement

Coordination & Efficiency
• Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines
• Avoid delays due to late ordering or poor planning
• Coordinate between site, design, and management teams

Requirements
• Minimum 4–7 years experience in UAE construction / fit-out procurement
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and subcontractors
• Proven experience in quotation comparison and negotiation
• Understanding of BOQ, materials, and project costing
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines

Preferred Profile
• Experience in villa and high-end fit-out projects
• Strong negotiation skills with a cost-saving mindset
• Organized and capable of building structured procurement systems
• Good communication and coordination skills

• You do not have UAE supplier or subcontractor experience
• You cannot perform proper quotation comparisons
