Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Technical Manager with proven expertise in High Rise Building Construction to join our growing team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of high-rise construction projects
Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project teams
Review and manage construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC building regulations, authority approvals, and construction standards
Supervise project planning, execution, quality control, and technical coordination
Monitor construction progress, project schedules, and site activities
Handle RFIs, material submittals, method statements, technical approvals, and project documentation
Ensure implementation of health & safety standards and QA/QC procedures
Lead project coordination meetings and resolve technical/site issues
Support procurement, value engineering, and project cost control activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects
Mandatory UAE/GCC construction experience
Strong knowledge of UAE construction processes, authority regulations, approvals, and documentation procedures
Experience in residential towers, commercial towers, mixed-use developments, and skyscraper projects
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, structural works, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project management
Familiarity with DM, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority procedures is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and construction management software
