Structural Engineer Required – Luxury Villas & High-End Fit-Out Projects in Dubai.
leading contracting and Decor company in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced ((Structural Engineer))
and ((Structural Forman)) to join our team.
* Requirements:
- Minimum (10 years of UAE experience, specifically in Dubai)
- Must be Dubai Municipality approved at minimum (G+1) level
Or (G+4 preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience in executing
(Luxury Villa Projects From A to Z ), including:
• Structural works
• Architectural coordination
• High-end finishing
• Luxury interior fit-out and decorative details
• Final handover stages
• Strong understanding of luxury construction standards and fine execution details.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up all structural and technical approvals with relevant authorities and Dubai Municipality.
- Review structural drawings, specifications, and ensure full compliance with regulations and standards.
- Prepare execution drawings, structural calculations, Bar bending schedule, and technical documentation required for projects.
- Supervise site activities, monitor execution progress, and distribute tasks to site teams
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications
- Proactively identify and solve site issues before escalation
- Coordinate materials and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and project continuity
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout all construction and finishing stages.
* Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage luxury residential projects with exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is preferred.
